Non-profit purpose
The foundation does not distribute profit. If supplementary economic activity (for example consulting or workshops) generates income, it is used solely for the foundation’s purposes.

Funding
The foundation is funded by donations from individuals and legal entities, by partnerships and by projects. Subsidised places in the programs are covered by these funds.
What we are not
We are not a school, university or other educational institution and we do not issue diplomas. We are not a state institution. We have no political or religious character.
Non-discrimination policy
The foundation does not allow discrimination on grounds of sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital or property status or any other ground — in participation in the programs, in the selection of volunteers, mentors, speakers and staff, and in all of its activities.
Reports
The foundation’s annual financial statements and activity reports are published in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities.
